Major General Dr. Ahmed Refaat
I worked in the field of public security at the Cairo Security Directorate for seven years, during which I received the Order of Merit (Third Class) from the President of the Republic. In 2000, I transitioned to working at the Police Academy, where I served for 23 years, including 20 years in the Student Affairs Department.
I obtained a doctorate from the Police Academy with a thesis titled "Unlabeled Goods and the Role of Police in Addressing Them: A Comparative Study."
Since 2002, I have been teaching at the Police Academy to all academic years. The courses I taught include Police Organization, Criminal Investigation, and Criminal Intelligence, as well as general lectures on the Fundamentals and Principles of Criminal Investigation for students from African countries who speak Arabic and French. Additionally, I lectured to first-year students from the faculties of Law and Physical Education at the Police Academy.
