· Dr. Riham is the CEO of ABLE for training and consultation. She is also a Master HR Expert at USAID in addition to her consultation and educational roles at the AUC; American University in Cairo, Egypt and MSM; Maastricht school of Management; Netherlands. Recently in 2021, she was appointed as Human Resources Director and Leadership consultant; ESRI North Africa.

· She worked extensively almost 25+ years as an educator as well as human resources and leadership professional while enjoying and learning from the distinctive applications in the various sectors, she worked for/ supported during her career such as Governmental / Public, Education, Hospitality, Training, GIS, Telecommunication, Oil & Gas, Medical, Industrial and Information Technology.

· Throughout her career working for such recognized international and multinational organizations, she acquired many management and leadership certifications such as, certified Online facilitator, Competent Program developer, Supervisor Essential, Train the Trainer, Change Management, Collaborative Consultancy, Demand Management, Business Awareness..etc.

· In addition to her practical experience, she always had the urge to be up to date with the worldwide applied Business and Management theories & applications. Thus, she was awarded her first master’s degree in business administration Major in HR in 2003. Then she has defended and was awarded her MPhil (Master of Philosophy) degree by Maastricht school of Management; MSM, Netherlands in 2014. Her doctoral research proposal tackled leadership qualities and its impact on staff retention and job satisfaction at Maastricht school of Management; MSM, Netherlands. She was awarded her doctoral degree in business administration in March 2017.

· Throughout 2014, 2015 and 2016, She published four articles on leadership in the international journal of Effective Executive. In 2015, She co-authored chapter 10 of " Cases on Sustainable HRM in the Middle East and Asia" book by Dr. Stephanie Jones and Sheena Graham; IGI Global publications.
